Not to criticize, but he did put the steaks back on the chopping board
where they were raw.
1. HOT FUCKING PAN SO YOU DON’T FUCKING BOIL IT
2. SEASON THE FUCKING STEAK
3. LAY THE FUCKING STEAK AWAY
4: TILT THE FUCKING PAN
5: SOME FUCKING GARLIC, THYME AND BUTTER
6: FUCKING BASTE IT
7: LET IT FUCKING REST
8: FUCKING DELICIOUS!
He seems so pissed off at the beginning, lol
Once you put garlic in , that is all you taste.Ruins the entire dish.

LIKE HE WAS IN THE VIDEO@??@!!??!?!?!?!!??!?!?!?!? DO YOU GUYS REMEMBER THE

Well done steak is the best steak.
Steakの焼き方はコレが流行りなのかな。
追いオリーブ油に大蒜、タイム、バタアを追加して肉にこすりつければ良いのか。今度やってみようと思う。

This is strange because in the other Gordon Ramsay video “how to cook a
steak” he specifically says its very important to only flip the steaks
once. And now in this video its important to constantly flip. Personally I
dont think it makes much difference but its questionable to have him
contradicting himself in the only 2 videos he has of how to cook a steak.
“Guide to a perfect steak….hot pan” BWHAHAHA!!! You lose!!!! How about
a charcoal grill Gordy? You European snail eaters don’t know shit about
grilling or BBQ. A sirloin in a pan. Does not get anymore terrible and
flavorless than that Gordy.
I just watched another steak cooking video from him. In the first one he
said to only turn a steak once. Now he says turn it every minute. MAKE UP
YOUR MIND!
Tis the season!
two big mistakes here, never cook a steak with olive oil, and never put
pepper on your steak before cooking, salt only.
I am a professional chef, and even though it seems very simple, preparing a
nice, flavory and juicy steak is quite difficult. There are so many
variables that even if you get one wrong, the whole dish will go south. I
have prepared a decent number of steaks and it took me quite a while to
realize it’s better to use a pan than a grill if you’re looking for a
moist, tender meat with a crunchy/fatty exterior. Gordon Ramsey makes it
look very simple and easy, but trust me, it takes a lot of trial/error and
analysis to learn how to prepare an excellent steak.
Why the fuck didn’t mine look like that?
Perfect steak? Not even close. Ramsay might be a good cook but he
definitely needs to learn the professional way to cook a steak. IE either
sear-sear-bake or bake-sear-sear. I’m sure his steak tastes good but it’s
certainly a long way from the perfect steak (which also wouldn’t need the
ton of butter, oil and garlic he put on there. Also note that he didn’t
show the inside of the steak. Something to hide there Ramsay? Like an
inconsistent cook of the steak since you just simply fried the steak over
high heat? Well done on the outside and pink in the middle?
With the method Ramsey is showing us, it creates a bulls-eye effect (more
done on the edges and more rare towards the middle) If you reverse the
order (oven first than sear) it’s medium rare all the way around :)
funny how in another video he says don’t keep turning the steak but then in
this one he says turn every minute is that different for each type of
steak?
I was not impressed, all that turning turned me off.
This is why I film the direct No Nonsense Approach! BRAVO!
