I was thrilled to chat recently with one of my culinary heroes, Giada de Laurentiis of NBC’s TODAY Show and the Food Network! It turns out we have a lot in common, beginning with our shared passion for chocolate. One of Giada’s favorite chocolate indulgences to make is her light and fluffy Tiramisu — and she’s passed her recipe along to Goodtaste! Apparently the longer it sits, the better it becomes.
