Ginger Lemon Brew
Food Ingredients:
2 cups Unsweetened apple juice or water 4 Thin slices fresh ginger 1 Lemon, organic preferred 2 teaspoons Honey (optional)
Recipe preparation:
1 In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the apple juice and ginger. Juice the lemon and add, with the rinds, to the juice mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. 2 Strain through a sieve into 2 mugs, and sweeten with honey, if desired. 3 Serves 2
