    she can’t just put veggies and condiments in there.

    I fix my insomnia with yoga music, maybe that helps…

    why dont u guys ever buy frozen brocolli and veggies, its better for u if
    there frozen because they still have all the vitamins and nutrients locked
    into them because its frozen unlike non frozen vegetables that have been
    sitting around for days at a time loosing its nutrients

    For your insomnia try doing yoga at night instead of a workout. The
    adrenaline rush you get from your work out is what keeping you up at night.
    Yoga is a great all body workout but it also relaxes you.
