I tried this recipe a few weeks ago! It was very delicious and 20 minutes
was the perfect time to cook them. I just added a lot of garlic cloves (6),
it was too much garlic for my boyfriend but he liked it anyway.
The second time I tried it, sadly my dough didn’t rise! I tried for the
third time today and it rised so I hope they will be delicious again!
My mouth is watering :)
Do you have to store them in the fridge? Or can you leave them out a couple
days? I made like 2000 of them and don’t want them to go bad

The problem I had with these wasn’t they looked too good, it was they
smelled too good. They tasted great, but they smelled AMAZING. I don’t even
know if it’s even possible to ever match the smell.

Eggs in a bread recipe generally add toughness, not so much richness.
They were perfect its going to be more fresh after being frozen.

Dinner rolls-No Knead Garlic Parmesan
Ingredients:
1 package dry active yeast
1 cup warm water
2 1/4 cups flour, divided (add 1/2 cup to the sponge, and the rest as
shown).
NOTE: Don’t add all the flour at once. Add some, and continue adding until
your dough looks like mine. You may need more flour as you go for the board.
1/2 tsp white sugar
1 tsp fine salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
freshly, finely grated Parmesan, as needed
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
2-3 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp freshly chopped Italian parsley
black pepper and cayenne to taste
*Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes
What do you mean ‘non-kneaders’? I have been needing the dough for months!

Chef. .i just wanted to confirm the flour part here. Is this the regular
all purpose flour flour/bread flour?? Also like u said to bake them for
20min. Will they be soft enough??
