In this video April shares with you a delicious Garlic Parmesan Chicken wing recipe. These wings are actually baked, which makes them lighter and easier to make at home. This is the ultimate party snack, perfect for the Super Bowl or any game day!

Serve 3-4 Appetizers

Ingredients:

2 lbs chicken wingettes
1 tbls Canola Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tbls fresh basil,chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Coat the wings in the oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Place a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet, and place the wings on the rack.

Bake them for 25 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the parmesan, basil, garlic, and zest in a large bowl.

Once the wings come out toss them each in the cheese mixture until well coated, and then place them back on the rack. Sprinkle any of the remaining cheese mixture on top of the wings.

Bake for another 10 minutes, cool slightly and enjoy!
