And how long do you preheat it for on what degrees? The manual doesn’t say.

Question…………..should you use the bake or roast function for this
    recipe? Thanks for your response

Aye, I just got this Oven and here’s a contradiction that’s weird. The
instruction manual/cook book says Chuck Roast at 3lbs goes in middle rack
with foil over it and cook for 120 minutes then 60 minutes after. Yet the
Quick Start guide says a 3 pound Roast Beef goes on the middle rack cooks
at 450 degrees for 60 minutes But wolfgang here is cooking his roast on
bottom shelf no foil and 40 minutes only. What’s the right way? Roast he
says any roast. Plus his is bigger but the book says 3lbs 120 plus 60
minutes. Which way should I cook my roast? that’s 3 different methods all
    for Roast Beef. I’m confused.
