   Oh my! That's exactly what I'd been looking for. Going to put that on my chocolate microwave cake with some chocolate shavings on top. That frosting is going to hold up well here on my side of the world because it's winter now. One question … Is it important that it be real butter and not margarine? Thank you so much Chef! I will definately see you next time!

    if i use this recipe on my cake as rosettes instade of using buttercream will the decorations stay like i piped them or will it melt or lose their shape ? and thank you for ur videos they re great !

    I always use oil in baking and it turns out pretty well it's just I don how to measure butter n in whipped cream I guess I can't use oil so plz help me
