Instead of baking my squash, I steamed it. Oh my gosh was it ever
delicious. I made it just as you did Brock sans the oven. Even my friend
that hates squash loved it. It was done in 20 minutes. Mmmm Mmmm good!

Hello, I love most squash but I had never tried Acorn Squash. All of the
recipes I saw online contained butter and brown sugar. Yuck! I’m so glad I
