Hello everyone! I find that prepping my meals on a Sunday afternoon makes it easier to eat healthy throughout the week, so I though I would share with you all! I bought my first pack of quinoa a while ago but won't be buying it again because I read on how the massive increase of quinoa consumption in the West is affecting the farmers that produce it. I know that sounds quite picky, but I think I'm going to stick to grains that don't detriment the farmers that grow it for us. Although on the other hand I'm kind of torn because surely if there's more international demand, that means more income for the farmers. Oh idk, newspapers are misleading me aha
