Easy Homemade BBQ, Cocktail, and Tartar Sauces – Recipe

How about this…take a bunch of fridge condiments and turn them into three fantastic and easy to make sauces, Bbq, Cocktail, and Tarter sauces! Easy to make and cheap as well. Your gonna love this!

Ingredients

Bbq Sauce

1 cup Ketchup
2 Teaspoons Liqid Smoke
1 teaspoon Worcester Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients, and if using for dipping sauce then simmer on Medium/ low for about 20 minutes, or if using in crock pot or basting the it’s ready to go.

Cocktail Sauce

1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/3 Cup Salsa chunks (Herdez) Best
2 Teaspoons of Horseradish
1/8 or pinch of Onion Powder
1/8 or pinch of Garlic Powder
1/8 or pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for about 10 minutes and ready to go.

Tarter Sauces

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of Relish
1/8 or pinch or Onion Powder

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for about 10 minutes and ready to go.

    Going to try the BBQ sauce with the Ribs. Also, for us Brits, it’s actually
    pronounced ‘wooster’ believe it or not 🙂 even though it should be
    worcestershire.
