Hi Everyone! Here you have a delicious and very easy recipe for this summer! Greek Style Salad, it’s really simple to make, so full of flavor and beautiful colors, it makes the perfect lunch for any kind of diet, and if you serve it with your favorite lean meat, you will have a very healthy and nutritious dinner! Enjoy!
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 head Green Leaf Lettuce (or Romaine Lettuce or Iceberg lettuce will work fine too)
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
½ a Red Onion
1 cup Black Olives
1 cup Grape Tomatoes
½ an English Cucumber
1 cup Feta Cheese cut into small cubes (more for serving)
To make the Dressing:
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Juice and Zest of one Lemon
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley
½ tablespoon dry Oregano
¼ teaspoon minced Garlic
Salt to taste
Ground Black Pepper to taste

its a good salad, to make it more appealing put some bread on the top of
it. it will be a nice accompaniment to the chicken, balanced meals taste

Oh I love Greek salad.
I could see how it’s a perfect choice with the chicken.
But why people speak English so fast ? It,s not elegant.
As horribly hot as it’s been around here, this salad and dressing would be
a welcome change of pace. It looks delicious, Sandy!
This looks really good! However, I am one of those who has to mince the
peppers and onions though and I do not like olives at all. I guess I would
just have to leave them out or put some mushrooms in place of them.
