+Ryan Ang Hi Ryan, Google is your friend. A quick Google will give you a
lot of info 🙂 A sieve is simply a device that sifts a dry ingredient to
remove lumps. You can see me using it in many videos. It’s a wire mesh
with a handle…. you pour your flour onto it, and it sifts the flour so
it’s nice and clump-free when it comes out the bottom. I hope this helps.

This is the best cake I ever baked! Thank you so much.
When I was about to cut the cake, my gf told me to just reverse it. And
well, the botton indeed made a perfect top lol. Had an issue with the
ganache tho; the butter wouldn’t blend with the 72% cacao dark chocolate.
Brand was “Irresistible” and I had 35% whiping cream. ;/
Is bakung powder and bakung soda not the same?

paper does not change the baking time at all.

month and i think yours looks perfect! Should I half the recipe for making
a 6 inches size? And how about the sweetness? Will this be a very sweet

Hi, I love your recipe, it’s easy and quick but it sunk in the middle after
1 hour of baking… Why? And it’s very sweet too… Please advise, I want

Can we add less amount of sugar? I feel 550 gm is too much for 250 gms of
