1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil (preferably extra virgin olive oil)
salt, pepper to taste
2-4 chicken breasts
——————————————————————————–
1. Mix dry herbs with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover the chicken breasts with the mixture.
2. Pop it to preheated oven to 350F (180C) for approximately 45 minutes or until the juices run clear. Just remember, that the safest thing is to measure the exact internal meat temperature with suitable thermometer. It should reach 170° F (77°C).
To add unique “Twist” to those easy chicken breast recipes add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to herbs.
To make this recipe cheaper buy frozen chicken breasts (they are much cheaper than fresh ones).

healthier than a freaken burger from McDonald’s!
