    You should put salt and pepper on the chicken before you put it in the egg
    white… It will give the meat more flavor!

    The second ingredient in the corn flake bread crumbs is sugar? This looks
    great and a wonderful healthy alternative to conventional fried chicken,
    but I think maybe a healthier alternative could be used for the batter –
    oatmeal or something of that effect? A complex carb without added sugar?
    This would make a great cheat day treat though.
