I made this stew using venison and beef, with hot biscuits on the side and
it started a feeding frenzy here at the ranch. I threw away all of my other
beef stew recipes. The chicken stock tip was fantastic. Jenny you are the
    BEST!!!!

You really love what you do and it shows. Very pleasant to watch. I’ve been
cooking for years, but I struggle with soups and stews. You would think
that someone who knows how to stew meats and sautee veggies very well would
be able to do the two together, but it is a challenge for me… :-(

It’s funny how there are regional differences. I’m from the Midwest.
Cream of Mushroom Soup, at the end, would have been essential. There are
so many variations. They are all good. There can also be broiled &
browned Tater Tots put on top at the end. If you have a houseful of
neighborhood children to feed, they totally gobble them down. They barely
stop to breath. It does not serve twice though.

Lol the comment she made at the end about girls wearing aprons and high
heels making “a whole different kind of video”

What cut of beef is “Stew Meat”? We dont have anything by that name in my
country. We have some called gullasch cubes… Can I use that? If not what
other cut would you rec, that i can curve up myself?
And can I use regular potatoes? No red ones in my country.

Awesome video !!! During the 2 hour covered simmer do you turn the meat or
just leave it alone for the 2 hours ?
