Easy Appetizer Recipes: Simple and Quick Appetizers For Parties

It’s always good to have a few quick appetizer recipes up your sleeve, so you can enjoy the company of last-minute guests. Michele McAdoo for the Kraft Kitchens shares two easy appetizers for parties that make the most of ingredients you have on hand.

1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
24 TRISCUIT Crackers

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 15 min
Servings: 2 doz. or 8 servings, three topped crackers each

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix mayo, cheese and onions until well blended.
Spread onto crackers; place in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake 4 to 5 min. or until mayo mixture is bubbly and golden brown.

Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

Ingredients
– 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
– 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
– 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
– 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
– 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 15 min
Servings: Makes 4 cups or 32 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.

Instructions
Microwave ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.

Note: Ro*Tel is a product of ConAgra Foods, Inc.

Tips
– Serve with tortilla chips and cut-up fresh vegetables. (Tortilla chips and vegetables are not included in nutrition information.)
– Prepare using VELVEETA 2% Milk Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product and PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
– When serving this dip at a party, pour the prepared dip into a small slow cooker set on Low. This will keep the dip warm and at the ideal consistency for several hours.
For best results, stir the dip occasionally to prevent hot spots.
