    You missed a few ingredients in your Piccata. Where’s the butter? Where’s
    the parsley? Where’s the garlic and mushrooms? Traditionally everything is
    finished in the pan. The chicken stays in when you add a nob of butter and
    finely minced garlic (so it cooks in less then 20 seconds), capers, white
    wine, parsley, then the lemon. If you take the chicken out and then make
    your sauce the chicken never absorbs the sauce properly. The Chicken will
    not overcook either.
