RECIPE:
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Dash of pepper
Garnish: paprika
4 slices of bacon

I always put my eggs in the water before it starts to boil so they don’t
crack. And once it starts to boil I only leave them on for about 5 minutes
then they are cooked to perfection :)
Mustard… relish…. mustard….
Protip: instead of using a bowl, put your egg yolks into a ziplock with the
mayo, mustard, etc and squish it together that way. It prevents lumps and
you can cut the tip off the baggie and fill the eggs using the “pastry
bag.” Super fancy stuff.
Put your eggs in with cold/room temp water, then bring it to a boil. Let it
boil for 1 min, then remove from heat, and cover with a lid for 15 min. No
broken eggs and they are perfect every time!
Candied bacon deviled eggs are my favorite!
This is the worst way to cook your eggs, it’s guaranteed to cracked all
your eggs. You want to start with your eggs in your pan covered cold water.
Then bring it to a boil on the stove. Once it boils time it for 5 to 6
minutes. Also adding a splash of vinegar helps with perfect peeling.

Add a bunch of salt to the water with your eggs and you will have no
problems slipping them out of the shell.
