    well.. the good thing is your taste buds will actually change and you
    will start to appreciate no oil and less spices… but of course this
    takes time. I made a vegetable soup, like this but I used curry powder
    and rice instead of pasta.. it was very different than what I was used
    to .. .. and it was really, really low in sodium… but it was actually
    really good. Freelee has been doing this a long time.. her taste are not
    the same as when she started.. You can learn to acquire a taste for
    simply prepared foods, just like spicy foods.

    A whole bowl for one serving??? I don’t eat that much in a week… then
    salad… then the plate of potatoes… fuck! Thats a lot of food! Where do
    you put it? At dinner I only have 1/2 of a baked potatoe… and you eat 5
    plus all the rest? I was hungry this morning… it’s 11:30 and I had one
    handful of Califlower… I’m satisfied. You guys would eat the whole head
    just while preparing lunch… where do you pUT it??? scary….

    I don’t mean to cause any drama but that’s seriously taking the piss. How
    can anyone eat that much food in one sitting without vomiting ?! I honestly
    am very confused about this one..

    omg you cannot cook. these things are so easy to make and youre doing them
    sooo badly. just that pasta sauce… WHAT THE FUCK DUDE…. omg.. it’s
    actually tragic.

    I started a paleo diet which eliminates processed foods, bread, and dairy.
    I still eat meat and veggies and fruit. I can tell you that my honest
    opinion is that anyone will get good results when they stop eating
    processed foods and refined sugar. I weigh 112lbs, very thin and fit. But
    vegan is extreme and theres a lot of science that shows fats are quite good
    for you (omega 3’s). And i don’t need to supplement anything (i.e. B12)
    which tells me that my diet is well rounded. What would you do if you
    didn’t have someone injecting you with b12? Just eat fruit till you start
    to have neurological symptoms? Even animals eat other animals. Its the
    circle of life and we can try to make things more humane but I’m not going
    to run to my doc asking to get injected.

    Corn pasta is just as bad as white pasta! Corn is hard on digestion and a
    lot of people are allergic to corn. Potatoes! Don’t you know potatoes are
    high on the glycemic wheel not good for blood sugar. This is nuts. How
    about health plant based carbs! And also fruit juice is the worst thing a
    person can do for blood sugar and you take in a lot of sugar drinking this.
    This meal is purely unhealthy as h—!

    see baked and cooked foods. I’m confused.

    Yes those gals are fit, but so are a thousand other girls. There are so
    many other ways to get thin and healthy. If this works for them great. Its
    simply too much food. Regardless if someone is seeing results. Your stomach
    should not be put through all that at each meal. Really crazy.
