I assume that all of the Liquid nitrogen had boiled away by the time he put
his hand in the kettle. Doctors use to use LN to remove warts. Just dip a
glass rod into it and touch the skin and it freezes them away.

  3. Emily Anderson

…I was okay until the liquid nitrogen puff thing. But anything with Pop
Rocks gets my attention. I’ll try it…with out that last component.

  5. Anti-Gravity

I’m not sure if you chefs don’t get it, but people like eating, not
watching the food. So shove your <50g portions up your fat ass. (Not
    talking about this desserts now.)

“It adds nothing to the dish…” Okay?

    this suppose to be consomme?

  8. Najm Najd

@KoenHoekx Hmmm, I guess LN would ease making frozen desserts. Doritos
    consomme granita, everone?

You cant get frost burn if your eating it.. Ever seen dippin dots? They use
    liquid nitrogen to make it..

anyone can understand this slow talking humble chef? where are all Chow’s
great editors when we need them most?????

  11. Tiffany Rominski

@unicornsplayxboxtoo It actually will. If it gets into your stomach. To put
it simply, if that does happen then you will get frostbite internally, your
insides won’t be able to handle the intense cold, and you will slip into a
    coma and eventually die.

I don’t see a meal on the plate. That’s not even a snack.

Okay, I’m done with CHOW. This could have been an interesting video– if it
had enough information about what he was making!!! Grrrrr.
