Curried Peaches
Food Ingredients:
2 cans (16-oz) peach halves, drained 2 tablespoons Butter 4 tablespoons Brown sugar cup Raisins 1 Or 2 teaspoons Curry powder
Recipe preparation:
1 Drain and dry peaches thoroughly. Melt butter and add other ingredients, mixing well. Place peaches, cut side down, in a large baking pan. Spoon sauce over peaches. Bake in a 325 oven for 45 minutes, uncovered, basting 2 or 3 times. 2 Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
