This is my recipe for “Creamy Pasta Salad” – just like the kind you would find in your local supermarket, deli, chicken shop – but quick, easy and cheap to make! It will be a hit at your next party or BBQ – and the family will be instantly addicted!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

500g Cooked Pasta (Macaroni or Elbow is best) – rinsed in cold water and cooled
1 cup Plain Mayonaise
1 x 250ml carton Long Life Thickened Cream
Tomato Sauce / Ketchup
Mild American Style Mustard
Onion
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Crushed Garlic
1 Grated Carrot
3 Diced Tomatoes

Preperation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes to cook pasta

    philippines we made this but we made is sweet we add condence milk, raisin,

    Being an Aussie living in the USA. You made my wife’s day with this um er
    oh in concoction?

    Even as one of the millions of Aussies who at one time must have eaten
    that, I am glad the net was not around when I was growing up. I had to
    suffer normal salads like potato, coleslaw and such.

    Keep up the great channel and really weird food, oh and don’t loose that
    ice cream container. Every Aussie has one in the cupboard to use at the
    friends bar by!
