Creamy Buttered Chicken-Potato Pasta
Food Ingredients:
1/2 kilogram of spaghetti noodles cooked al dente 1/4 kilogram chicken breast boiled and shredded 1/2 butter stick 2 tablespoons cooking oil 1/4 kilogram baby potatoes boiled 2 tablespoons dried basil leaves 1 package of cream 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese salt and pepper to taste
Recipe preparation:
1 In a non stick pan, melt butter and add cooking oil. 2 Add the chicken and baby potatoes and cooked till it turns a bit fried. 3 Add dried basil leaves. 4 Set aside. 5 In another pan, Place 2 tbsp of butter. 6 Add the cornstarch and mix well. 7 Add the milk, cream and cheese then simmer.Add salt or pepper as desired. 8 Add the cooked pasta and the cooked chicken-potato mixture. 9 Mix well till the pasta is fully covered with the sauce. 10 Place in a container then sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. 11 Cooked in the oven for 5 minutes or till the cheese melts.
