This country fried chicken reminds me so much of the deep south in Elberton, GA. It’s definitely soul food for me. I love that this fried chicken is so easy to make and it’s seasoned to perfection, just how I like it! The outside is golden, crunchy and inside….lawd ham mercy! That hot sauce buttermilk brine makes the inside so moist and juicy. It’s pure perfection honey!!
