Coriander Pork With Baby Bok Choy

Food Ingredients:
300 grams pork, thinly sliced diagonally 1/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced 1 inch bunch of baby bok choy, cut quarters from the base 1/2 cup coriander, roughly chopped 1 small onion, cut into small wedges 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar 2 teaspoons soy sauce pinch of pepper pinch of sugar

Recipe preparation:
1 Heat oil in a wok. Add the onion and garlic, cook. Add the pork and cook well. Sprinkle with pepper and pour in the wine, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and stir. Add a little water too to lighted the sauce. 2 Add in the carrots and stir. Add the baby bok choy and stir until cooked. 3 Add the coriander last and cook lightly. Serve with rice.
