Recipe ingredients and directions:
1 1/2 cups dashi liquid
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon raiyu
makes enough for 2
Can add mirin or sake to taste, less common with reimen, though.
