Food Ingredients:
Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened 2/3 cup sugar 2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon almond extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups sifted cake flour 1 cup miniature chocolate morsels

Recipe preparation:
1 Directions: 2 Preheat oven to 375 degrees (Middle oven rack) 3 Cream butter and sugar until fluffy (about 12-15 minutes) 4 Add egg yolks and extract. Beat well. 5 Stir flour and salt together. 6 Add flour to egg and sugar mixture. 7 Dough will be soft. 8 Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. 9 Remove from refrigerator. 10 Using a rolling pin, roll dough out to ¼ to ½ inch in thickness 11 Cut dough with 1 to 3 inch round cookie/biscuit cutters (Depending on the size cookie you desire) 12 Place on ungreased cookie sheet 13 Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until delicately browned on edges 14 If the dough becomes too soft to handle refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Divide the dough into 2-3 sections, cut and bake cookies a little at a time. This is a delicate, buttery cookie that is totally addictive!
