    Now this is what I like.  No BS, no never ending list of ingredients, nothing but fast track cooking time to chow down.  However, a smoking hot chick getting it done is nice.  But that is a different channel.

    hi i have notcied that sometimes u add sauces to chicken stock and other times you dont.use the stock but just add the sauce..why is this,thanks

    Seems like your heat is fairly low for a stir fry.  The recipe tastes great only change I made was higher temperature to get better browning on chicken.  Thanks!
