What a simple and delicious gravy , that I can make with many hundreds of
fiaivers . Thanks
What can I substitute for chicken broth: water, wine, or something else?
You’re the boss of you sauce! Great recipe!
This is a favorite in my house. So easy and delicious. I don’t pound the
chicken breasts. I leave them thick. Then when I brown them I leave them
just a little under done when I take them out, set them aside and make
double the gravy. I add the chipotle, but not the green onions. Then I
return the breasts back into the gravy and braise the breasts until they’re
done. Finally, I add the green onions at the end. It makes the thickest,
juciest, tastiest chicken breasts. Yum! Another winner from Chef John. As
always!
My husbands favourite:) please make more chicken breast recipes chef .
You were saying “Look at that color, which I believe some people call…”
and then you sneezed very gently and daintily and I didn’t get what you
were telling us it’s called.

Use coconut flour for 0 carb gravy
Use canola oil instead of olive oil for this. High heat on olive oil will
burn it and create free radicals which you do not want to be ingesting.
