Here is another one of those recipes that qualifies in the ‘Help I’m In A Hurry!” category! This one takes some help from good quality convenince items from the grocery store and pulls them all together into a great comforting dinner that can be made in under half an hour and all you really have to add is a green salad and you are ready to go!

I love meals like this because you can make something that seems like it was a lot of work but in reality you can pull this one off on a night working late and running around with a hundred other things to do and still feel good about what you served your family. This also keeps you out of the drive through! Saves money and saves your sanity! In my book this is a keeper!

I hope you give this recipe for chicken sausage fettuccine alfredo a try and I hope you love it!

Happy Eating!

Phenomenal! Must try this, and that strainer is too cool! :D

  3. She’s In Her Apron

    Oh YUM!

I must be in a hurry every week. I make this because it’s quick and my
family enjoys it. Have you every tried the sun dried tomato Alfredo sauce
that they make? Thanks for sharing.

  5. Random Considerations

It’s so hard to find a good jarred alfredo sauce that doesn’t taste like
someone dropped the salt container into it. Pretty sure I tried that brand
(or a brand with a similar label) and found it was incredibly salty. That
said, a quick disclaimer that I tend to prefer a lot less salt than the
average bear may be in order. So if you are a less is more kinda person
when it comes to salt, that may be something to consider.

Other than the jarred alfredo, this looks pretty yummy. I bet the sausage
and garlic help offset the salty-ness too. Or if you have the time you
could always whip up your own alfredo. It wouldn’t be a quick one anymore
    though. haha

  6. zxsma

Noreen I make a version of this myself but have never thought about using
chicken sausage. It would be a nice change up from using chicken chunks.
Love the quick easy recipes thanks again!

    omg…….. that sounds so wonderful

  8. Noreen’s Kitchen

A super quick meal for nights when you literally have no time! Don’t go to
    the drive through!

  9. albopilosumm

could i make this with melted velveeta instead of alfredo sause?

  10. marie Savino

Great quick weeknight meal using pantry & freezer life savers. Thank you
    Noreen :)

  11. Annette Rose

Did you add the cream and parm? Did I miss it some how? I’ve always been
afraid of jarred cream sauce but I’ll now have to try it!

  12. Paul Miller

I make this regularly only I use leftover roasted chicken.

  13. marcy smith

    awesome…Marcy

  14. Colleen Saunders

  15. Morgan Wells

you’re channel! This looks so yummy!

    Delete my reply? LOL

  17. deepseareppy

I love Classico’s sauces–when I feel pressed for time I buy the frozen
cheese tortellini and use their sun dried tomato alfredo on it. 🙂 I will
have to keep an eye out for that chicken sausage, it looks super good.

  18. Svein Arne Grønnevik

Looks great! But please don’t use steel tools in a steel pan or pot. It
give me pain in my ears! I have Tinnitus.

  19. Simple Steps Cooking and Crafting

As I get older, my tastes change. I used to be an angel hair pasta only
girl, then it was thin spaghetti, now I’m on a linguine, fettuccine, kick.
This looks sooooo yum. We are discovering chicken sausage here in South
Florida. My new favorite pizza is chicken sausage with h roasted sun dried
tomatoes. So yum. Thanks for making awesome easy dishes for Hurry Up
    nights.

  20. willydawgs

I always keep a jar or two of that very same sauce on hand because hey,
it’s easy! I buy the sun-dried tomato version as well, which is delicious.
I have one of those strainers (not sure if it’s the same brand, but they
look identical) and love how it flattens for storage and goes in the
dishwasher. Thanks for inspiring a quick dinner! 🙂

  21. Porscha LaFaye

    Mmnn Yummy

  22. TAMMY Markham

I can not go a day with you Noreen.. Thank you for all you do…. I love
you and Mrs. Bev… I can twice a week now… I never had the nerve before.
But I love doing it now…

  23. Sovii Loveee

I was just looking for a recipe on this dish ! And seen that you posted.
    Thanks! Will try !

  24. Pam Russell

Great video! Quick, easy and healthy…

  25. Ashley Natyniak

This looks yummy! You know I actually prefer premade jar alfredo to
homemade, idk why I just prefer the taste and consistency haha. I was never
a alfredo person until I tried the premade.
