I gave carcass chicken to a terrier mix dog and she ate it all up,
including the bone. My mom was angry at me for giving that dog that, tho.
She wanted to make chicken salad.
This is a great way to use up leftover rotisserie or smoked chicken. Great
summer salad!!!
