I love to make chicken piccata. We’re always looking for recipes for chicken, and always looking for recipes with those boneless chicken breasts.

Well, I’ve got a quick and easy recipe for the perfect chicken piccata that’ll meet both those needs. It is very simple chicken recipe, that you can do in about 40 minutes from start to finish. I’ll show you how to pound out the chicken breast, sear them off, and the make the lemon and capper sauce. Chicken Piccata is a classic Italian recipe that you should certainly have in your bag of tricks.

    No white wine to deglaze, etc.?? Also, in Italy they’d look at you long and
    hard for not also dusting with cayenne when you seasoned the chicken.

    yea i think you coulda made this recipe a lot more flavorful. More butter,
    use white wine, and add the lemon juice towards the end.
    I do however like how you breaded and seasoned them. I disagree with adding
    cayenne. Mushrooms added is what you need tho.
