    I've seen several copy cat recipes of these lettuce wraps. I have YET to see someone include the water chestnuts and yellow onion. Haven't tried it yet, but having worked at the "Chinese Restaurant" you were referring to . . . this recipe looks spot on!!! Thank you!!!

    This is my third time preparing this and if u dont want to go with the trouble of chopping the chicken just get ground chicken its super good as well. Hope this can help! Its save me some time. Ty @chefjhon its a wonderful recipe.
