Try this easy, version of a classic chicken cordon bleu. There is a good reason certain recipes reach “classic” status…they are good. And while at times, they may seem a bit old fashioned, that doesn’t take away from how tasty and delicious they are.

For this chicken cordon blue, I show you how to pound out a boneless chicken breast, and then stuff it with some Swiss Cheese and Ham. Seared off in a pan, I think move it into the oven to finish cooking.

    this could be done better by dipping first the raw chicken roll on egg then breadcrumbs with flour and deep fry it so that it will be cooked evenly. 😉

    Thanks for posting. Mine is in the stove as we speak. However I didn't use ham( Not a fan) I used bacon. :P. Have no idea how it will turn out but hope all the best. :)
