I have no desire for ground chicken. (LOL sorry) do you think I could substitute the chicken for small cut steak? It looks amazing. The puff pastry is so crispy.
I made them tonight! I doubled the recipe and made 16+ of the turnovers. Everyone loved them and I can't wait to make them again. The only thing I would change is less of the Philadelphia creme. I used 2 and I think it's much much healthier if I used 1 or even half. Either way they were delicious and they reminded me of a meat pie 🙂
