You are a pleasure to watch and this is in the works right now in my house!
Thanks for sharing…Family recipes and the art of “home cooks” should
never be lost. Well done!
yum
Guess what we’re having for dinner tonight. Yum! Great with Spanish rice
as a side. I could smell it now! Happy eats to you..
OK I see it, thank you! I had written the recipe based on your video the
best I could. Some measurements are quite different, should I follow the
written instructions? You probably were estimating the measurements in the
video and then corrected for the written recipe. Thanks!
This is exactly what I was looking for! Looks fabulous! I don’t see the
recipe on your website. How do I find it?
i’m about to make this meal using your recipe in an hour! can’t wait to try
it…..hope my family likes it.
I love you.
This is chicken fajita with tomato sauce added.
Yes, they are.
Thank you, this recipe was handed down to me from my mother-in-law. This is
how she made it. Fresh herbs don’t have the same earthy flavors that the
dry ones have. I always say “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”…but I also
say experiment and make it your own…Glad you like it and thank you for
commenting.
Looks good, but wouldn’t it be better with fresh herbs instead of dried
ones (rosemary, parsley and basil)? how about celery and carrots?are the
peppers an italian-american variation of the original recipe? — Yummy
nonetheless
Dried basil, dried parsley= complete crap.
looks awesome!! making this tonight!!!
Oh, my god, she burned the oil on 1:32
i like your plate and your salt&black pepper jars… it’s portmeirion
botanic garden, rite?
I am so glad you like it. You can find the recipe on my website under video
lessons. On the chicken cacciatore video you should be able to download the
recipe. If you can’t do it, let me know and I will send it to you.
I really like your “no nonsence” approach to cooking Toni ! Even a man ( me
for example) can follow this recipe. I made this one tonite for the family.
Really turned out well. Thanks.
very nice == thank you
I will get the hang of this video making yet. Yes, follow the written
directions. I am of the school of “a little of this, and a little of
that”..lol. Hope you enjoy it. Thanks.
Happy you enjoyed it.
This has to be a good recipe … her guests tore the oven door off to get
at the food 🙂
