Today I will show you how to make my Chicken Cacciatore recipe.
What you’ll need:
Chicken (Wings, Legs and Thighs)
Plum Tomato Sauce
Olive Oil
Onions
Garlic
Sweet Peppers
Mushrooms
Black Olives
Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Pasta (Any kind you want)

my italian/american husband taught me how to make chicken cacciatore. He
died about 1 year ago and this month will be the first anniversary…brings
back memories. Can I substitute italian sausages…I dont eat chicken
anymore.
chef pasquale is really old school isnt he? nice to see. These days the
chefs on tv have hairy hands, long hair falling over their faces, beards,
moustaches,,,yuks..heaven only knows how much of tht goes into their dishes

Actually he probably is washing his hands. If they didn’t cut away parts
that don’t show just the cooking this video would probably be an hour or
longer. They don’t show him cutting the entire pepper or mushrooms either,
just the end of it or the beginning.

nice job.my mom makes her cc the same but with out the (OH YEAH BABY) and
the black olives.sometimes she put the olives and sometime she left them
out. ether way it taste great.what part of Italy you from.my mom was from
Sicily.
