can I use any type of mustard, seeded or dijon?
If I don’t have white wine, can I use red wine or like rice vinegar?
I’m a new cook and your recipes look so yummy and easy to make! I have yet
to try them but I’m always concerned that I’ll over or under cook meat so 4
mins on medium heat for each side on the chicken breast will ensure that
there is no pink left?
