Well, goes to show you don’t know better. Dead animals and animal products
is a survival, last ditch food… for survival. Without the systematic over
population of animals, caged up in small crates, In the wild you go jump on
a cow and bite into it with your large carnivor teeth. Try and catch a fish
in real life. You’ll be so bored you’ll go an pick some grapes while you
wait lol Lok up Dr. McDougall. Most modern diseases occur in countries with
    most animal consumption.

You DO realize ALL the meats you buy at the store are from antibiotic
ridden animals, right?. Chickens, Pigs, and Beef cattle, all have injected
steroids, antibiotics, etc. It’s all about raising larger, disease
resistant live stock so there is more to sell to the consumer….and you
believe your eating healthy, ha ha ha ha ha!, that’s just being naive.

Sorry for posting twice, I wrote too much on my first post and my question
is missing. The surgeon I referred to in my first post did not tell me what
he had done until a year later. I suffered terribly and even contemplated
the unthinkable. My Q is, how does one get motivated again? Might sound
like a silly question but I’m having difficulties. Thanks.. and we likes
your hot wing sauce chicken recipe. Very tasty! :-)

You have another poster (oj-eidnam) besides myself who suffered from an
accident, they were hit by a truck and suffered knee injury. For myself, I
met with a medical mishap (that’s putting it politely!) where a scalpel was
dropped inside my body during a routine hernia repair. The scalpel was
retrieved but not before nicking my intestines. This is a much bigger deal
than it sounds, I was soo very ill for a long time and I suffer from
abdominal pain to this day. The mind effects the body and I’m almost glad I
didn’t know what was happening to me or I might have not lived thru it all.
It’s a long story, the Dr. didn’t tell me until a year later what he had
done. How does one motivate themselves to get back on track? I’m having
difficulties to say the least. Thanks :-)
