Hmm.. The bread was baked right after i stuffed it.. if you want more of a
bread structure you can definitely let it rest and prove for 25 mins or
more before baking.. Cold fermentation brings great results but takes a lot
of time.. So i prefer for the normal rising.. :)

I love your cooking. Very down to earth and from scratch. I really
appreciate this. We don’t need to go market for buying spice mix and fancy
sauces and I am making everything from my self since I started learning
from you. My toddler son also watch your videos . God bless you . if
possible pls tell me your name.

Hello thanks for you recipe it taste very good.
But even after it baking it for 25 minutes under 200 degree i am not
getting that sponginess and brownish colour so i planned to bake it for
5more minutes but even then i didnt get brownish colour instead the garlic
bread became hard. I have used the same quantity of ingredients as you have
specified. Hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you.

Dear it is calzon(e), I don’t want to offend you here, just as a well
wisher asserting you to put correct emphasize on vocabulary. You can be an
International chef some day such as Gordon Ramsay, for India. 🙂
