If it says mexican it instantly becomes a video with racist comments. Well
fuck off gringos ours is REAL food and no matter how nasty the comments,
mexican food and culture is so much better than mcdonalds and war lol so
    get over yourselves

Hahahahahaa… funny how all the wetbacks got offended by the title of the
video. If it was beans and “salsa” then it’s fucking Mexican. Get over it!!

I use real Mexicans in mine.

To a real Mexican this looks disgusting…..

  6. dai sies

I think I would like this very much. Reminds me of Tex mex

  7. TohruChef

I’m Mexican and this isn’t Mexican at all… Sorry. Just because you put
corn, tortilla chips or salsa doesn’t mean it is Mexican.

What is the rice served with this?

Mexican, not Mexican, southwestern, not southwestern, who cares…….I
live in Texas and eat lots of Tex-Mex. Sorry but this just looked
flavorless, soupy and yucky. In my opinion All Recipes doesn’t hit recipe
    home runs very often.

a little sour cream on top would be good too. I have to try this one,
maybe cheat and use Fritos instead of the crushed corn chips, but what
kind of rice is that? looks different than regular long grain rice

Typical white recipe. Just like “taco seasoning” and “Mexican style
cheese.” Mexican cheese doesn’t come in a bag. And our seasoning don’t come
in a pouch. White people add either: chipotle powder, tortilla chips or
chili peppers and all of a sudden it a “Mexican” or “southwest” dish.

This is the first time I heard such thing as “Mexican style cheese” plus I
didnt know we made this kinda of stuff. This looks like Southeastern US
    dish.
