Bok Choy and Chicken Stir Fry

This is a delicious and easy to prepare chicken and baby bok choy. You can substitute the chicken with fish, beef, tofu, etc.

Ingredients:
1. one chicken breast, sliced to small thin pieces
2. marinate chicken with 1 tsp of salt, 1tsp of sugar, 1tsp of sesame oil, 1tsp of corn starch, 1 tsp of soy sauce for 1 hr.
3. 3-4 bunches of baby bok choy, cut stems to small pieces, leafy parts can be bigger
4. 2 oz white wine
5. 1 tsp minced garlic
6. 1 tsp minced shallots
7. salt and sugar to taste
8. 4 tbsp of vegetable oil
