BEST Vegan Fried Chicken & BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe (Low fat, salt-free)

This is the best vegan fried chicken recipe, along with the best vegan BBQ pulled pork recipe. It’s whole food, no refined ingredients. Suitable for vegans, vegetarians and carnivores. It’s a great meat alternative for weight loss. It’s also low-fat, because it’s baked in the oven, and low-salt. This is the best healthy alternative to unhealthy meat. Not to mention, it tastes AMAZING!!! It’ll fool the most die-hard meat eater.

VEGAN BBQ SAUCE! For both recipes (SALT/OIL FREE!)
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1/4 cup date pasted (Blended dates)
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon smoked paprika, or liquid smoke
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano and basil

Recipe for Vegan Fried Chicken:
1 can Jackfruit
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
BBQ Sauce

Recipe for Vegan BBQ Pulled Pork:
1 can jackfruit
BBQ Sauce

    I think its a shame the comments on here started out so poorly. For me this
    recipe looks absolutely amazing!! I hated all the faux meats after having
    tried most of them, so I am anxious to try this out this weekend. Gathered
    all the ingredients and am looking forward to it! I think it’s wonderfully
    creative so thanks for posting and keep those great ideas coming. One
    question, is your eggplant bacon really as good as it looks?? I never liked
    eggplant but I want to try it if it is.

    I think it’s important people know to get the Jack Fruit in Brine or Water.
    Do not use the Jack Fruit is syrup! That’s for desserts and sweet dishes.
    It won’t taste the same.

    nutrients.
