Called “the coal miner’s pasta” for its hearty taste and signature use of black pepper flakes, pasta carbonara is a staple in an Italian food lover’s arsenal. But who does it best? Today on Recipe Wars, our chefs Adrian Bustamante and B.C. Hoffman pit two recipes against each other to see which makes a better pasta.
