    To make flowers , should I stay with the thick buttercream and omit the milk. so the roses stand up .

    Hello, borrowed this recipie, but used coarsly ground kardemon seeds, as flavour, and removed coco (added flour)

    A bit struggle because we use ml instead of cups. Im cupcake ing a swedish seasonal delicacy called a "Semla" which is a kardemon bun, filled with creamy almond paste and topped with whipped cream.

    I made these cupcakes AND the buttercream frosting for my friend's birthday tonight. And I topped them off with chocolate sprinkles and chucks of snickers. Everyone really enjoyed them and they were absolutely perfect. This is is awesome recipe! =]
