How did u make the crust?
On the side u can use a fork after pinch the dough..try it cos it’ll turn
out beautiful. Also try to put the filling more abit. Original curry puff
(epok-epok) u don’t need to egg wash it. Just fry it and taste great with
coffee or tea :)
In Malaysia they do to make & sell curry puffs in restaurants or stalls

Nice try with the pre cut garlic
Would you egg wash them before baking them in an oven?
ok thankyou !!!
could you use wonton wrappers instead of puff?
can you bake them in the oven??
also called somosa
Oh my god, you make this look so easy and awesome!
No need for dips. We eat them as it is. The curry paste serves as its own
condiment.
Love all yr recipes…
Did Trinidad invent mood stabilizers? If not, they probably should have…
:S
Surprisingly I find Aioli works really well with these. That, or hot sauce.
I used “Pataks” but I don’t know if that brand is available in the US. If
you can’t find it, any curry paste or curry powder mix will be fine 😉
Bravo!
