Banana Bran Muffins
Food Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cake and pastry flour 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup natural bran cup lightly packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 egg whites 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 large) 1/2 cup skim milk cup corn syrup 2 teaspoons molasses 1 cup raisins
Recipe preparation:
1 METHOD:In large bowl, combine flour, oats, bran, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In small bowl beat remaining ingredients together thoroughly. Stir into flour mixture; mixing just until moistened. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 375x 20-25 minutes. Cool about 3 minutes, remove from muffin tin. 2 Makes 12large muffins. 3 (Trace of fat)
