Definitely going into the rotation. Made it tonight and my picky 5 year old says it's awesome! Yay!

Jen, this is so yummy & easy. I thought I'd have tons of leftovers, but my son couldn't get enough. Oh my goodness, I'm so grateful for your recipe videos! TFS

I made this once already and my husband and I both really enjoyed it! I wonder if you've ever done the browning in the skillet earlier in the day, mixed the sauce but kept me separately refrigerated. And then later baked it? I have a 3 month old and my current go to recipes are ones I can prep or partially cook during one of her naps and finish either quickly at dinner time or just pop in the oven. Thanks!

Hi, Jen.  This one is going into my dinner rotation! While I was making this I was also helping 3 of my munchkins with homework, so to keep my 5 year old busy I had her dredge the the chicken. My kitchen was an absolute disaster, but the look on Josey's face when we all sat down and thanked her for cooking dinner was well worth it!  I wish I had my camera on hand! When we shared our best and worst of the day all 4 of my kids said dinner was their best! Thanks again for sharing!

WOW! Super easy! Finally followed the link from your What's for dinner? video this week. I'm loving this one. I think I may have to do this tonight lol Needed to cook the chicken seems like an awesome way to use it.
