    Hi Zorina, did the skin of the chicken get crispy in the oven (after 10
    minutes) along with the cheese? I agree the extra fat from the skin adds
    flavor but for myself if it’s not crispy I’d have to remove it or start
    without it. I think it’s just a texture thing with me, have never been able
    to eat the skin unless super well cooked. Thank you for sharing, it looks
    delicious… and now my tummy is growling! LoL You’ve received a lot of
    nice comments here on your cooking so I’m off to check out your other
